Do u like shopping?? But have a tight budget?? Second- Hand stuff can be the answer u’r problem.. .. ..


1.DO  A  RESEARCH
   It’s necessary to make a small research before buying second-half thing. For example, if       you wont to buy a used cell phone, why you don’t check the average price on the Net or on the Newspaper? Beside the price, you have to know the right place to get it. It would be better to get the information from friend who like to shop there. The bargaining process will be easier since  your friends can give  you hint about the situation there.

2.BE   MODEST
    Don’t forget that you are shoping for stuff that are not new anymore, not brand-new goods. The key to getting the item you want at a resonable price, besides having skill at bargaining, is to get dressed as simple asyou can be. If you over dress, yuo are likely to be offered a higher price by the merchant. Besides smoothing tour way into bargaining process, your simple appearance will lessen the chance of your being the target of pickpokets. Talking about pickpokets, you need to keep allert all the time. It’s important tp keep your bag an other belongings in front of you while checking for items you want to buy, so  that pickpoket can’t grab them away from you.

3.CHECK   THOROUGLY
    Since your are shopping for second-half stuff, you need to thorougly check the thing you’re going to buy. If you want to buy an electronic item, you have to check it’s component. If you see the item have flaws, you need to reconsider buying it by asking these question to yourself: Is it worth buying? Can u fix the flaws by u'r self or have it done at a minimum cost? in the end, u're the one who has to use it.

4. BARGAIN  TO  THE  MAX
     The best part of shopping for preowned stuff is to get the item at a very low price. The  lower the better! So, u need to sharpen u’r haggling skills. Once u master this talent, u’ll get what u want at the low price that u want.. LOL
